Travel Mode

Travel Mode replaces running balances with privacy-safe text so your finances aren’t visible over the shoulder or on a shared screen. Turn it on from the navigation drawer or pin it for long trips.

What it does

• Hides all account balances and running totals, in lists, dashboard cards, and widgets.
• Replaces amounts with placeholder text (e.g. **** or “hidden”) depending on your theme.
• The drawer shows Travel Mode with a toggle so it’s one tap away.

When to use it

• Airports, cabs, public transit
• Screen sharing and demos
• Unexpected viewing over a phone screen

Security notes

Travel mode does not remove the password/PIN lock — it complements Settings → Password. For full privacy, use Travel Mode + the app lock (fingerprint/PIN option).
